Because of this philosophy, my successful real estate practice has been built by satisfied clients for over six years. In 2006, I obtained recognition as the top selling agent in Westwood’s Kingston office thanks to these dedicated clients and their referrals. I have enjoyed working with these wonderful clients by educating them about the value of home improvements, the real estate market, and the process of selling or purchasing real estate. Through technological “savvy”, strategic negotiating, and at times a much needed sense of humor, I allow them to feel comfortable and confident during their real estate transactions. My own passion to provide the best information and education for my clients has encouraged me to obtain my CRS (Certified Real Estate Specialist) designation which is the highest designation that can be obtained by a residential sales associate.
I currently live in a delightful turn-of-the-century Victorian in the town of Esopus.
This allows me to not only understand the charms, nuances and workings of special properties such as mine, but also to appreciate the value of community. I have served on the Esopus Assessment Review Board, Environmental Advisory Board, and have volunteered to coach the Hudson River Rowing Association and Rondout Rowing Club.
